Can you refund on Booksy?

Prepayments won’t be refunded and any cancellation fees, if due, can still be charged. All bookings made by this client for their Family & Friends members that aren’t Booksy users will be canceled, but bookings of the members that are Booksy users won’t be affected.

Can you cancel on Booksy?

An appointment on the Booksy app can be cancelled within a few clicks. All you’d need to do is: Click on the appointment ● Select cancel ● Choose whether you want to send a cancellation confirmation to the customer.

Can you use Booksy for free?

How much does Booksy cost? We will provide you with a free trial to get to know the app and how it works. After the trial period, the total cost depends on the number of staff members on the account. The base cost is $29.99 per month plus $20 per month for each additional staff member.

How does Booksy appointments work?

Booksy features two mobile applications: Booksy Biz for businesses and Booksy for clients. Booksy Biz allows users to manage appointments, customer communication and payments, while Booksy allows customers to book online sessions based provider availability and desired dates.
