Our full warranties cover parts, performance, and return shipping both ways. Since fewer than 2% of the products in the U.S. currently under warranty have been returned to us for service, it’s the best warranty you’ll probably never need.

How long should a Vitamix last?

How long do Vitamix blenders last? Vitamix machines should last up to ten years with proper care. They don’t come with a lifetime warranty, so following care instructions is essential.

Do all Vitamix come with a 7 year warranty?

Vitamix offers notably generous warranties. Depending on the model, you get 5, 7, or 10 years of coverage. (And that includes the great deals on reconditioned machines). That’s already longer than most of the things we buy, but Vitamix warranty service goes above and beyond.

If your machine or container is still under warranty, Vitamix will repair it at no cost to you, including two-way shipping. If your warranty has expired, Vitamix is able to service machines up to 20 years old, depending on availability of parts. You will be notified of the cost of repair upon our receipt and examination of the machine.
