Can I send my old UGGs and get new ones?

If you purchased your UGG® product within the last 365 days, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you.

Does UGG have lifetime warranty?

UGG footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship.

Will UGG replace damaged shoes?

The UGG® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to UGG® which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I return my UGGs to any UGG store?

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from one of UGG retail stores, you can either return it to the store of purchase, an alternative UGG store or contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Does UGG have a warranty?

This warranty only applies to authentic product purchased directly from ugg.com, through our call center (888-432-8530), an authorized retailer or one of our UGG flagship stores. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or variations in color.

Where are UGG products shipped?

All UGG items are shipped directly to the consumer from our warehouse in California. If you receive a product that has been shipped directly from another country – China, Vietnam etc. – unfortunately you have purchased from a counterfeit site.

What is UGG’s return policy?

View our returns page or read our returns/exchange policy. What is the warranty on UGG products? UGG provides a manufacturer’s limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Are UGG products counterfeit?

If you are viewing UGG product online anywhere other than ugg.com and the domain name includes “UGG”, or any variation of this word, or includes one of our style names in the domain address, e.g. “Cardy”, you can assume the product is counterfeit.
