What is Tecovas return policy?

Visit returns.tecovas.com to start your return or exchange. What is your return policy? Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn & unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt.

Can you trade in Tecovas?

All products must be in unworn or unused condition to be eligible for refunds and exchanges. All jeans and apparel must be unwashed, with tags still attached. If you are trying on boots, please do so on carpet to avoid scuffing the sole! Feel free to email us any time at [email protected] with additional questions!

Do Tecovas hold up well?

With their Western boots of all sorts, the leather will be durable and tough yet supple, made to break in over time. A sturdy heel and sole design goes a long way towards the longevity of your boots. Tecovas uses ¾ Goodyear welt construction and various stacked heel designs.

Does Tecovas offer in-person pickup?

We do not offer in-person pickup for any online Tecovas orders. We use a third-party fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas to warehouse and ship all of our products, and they’re very good at shipping out orders efficiently and accurately!

Is Tecovas owned by Paul Hedrick?

Tecovas is a privately held company, and the ownership information is not publicly available. However, Tecovas was founded in 2014 by Paul Hedrick, who remains the CEO of the company. Are Tecovas products available on Amazon? Surprisingly, yes. However, you should be warned that the selection of boots is limited and concerningly overpriced.
