How do PODS work in New York?

NYC Moving Solutions

Choose between three sizes of PODS containers, and we’ll deliver the container right to your home. When everything’s loaded and ready, we’ll pick up the container and either drop it off at your new place or store your belongings at a secure facility.

How do I get my money back from PODS?

If I cancel, do I get my money back? A refund may be issued depending on when the order is canceled. Please call (800) 776-PODS to cancel your order. Visit pods.com/cancel to view our full cancellation policy.

How do I access my PODS service?

You may access your PODS container as often as needed with no additional charges. Before accessing your container, you’ll need to schedule the visit to our Service Center with ample notice (usually 24-48 hours). Container access can be scheduled through chat or by calling our service team.

How do I file a claim with PODS?

To report your claim, call our toll-free number at 866-351-3724. When filing a claim, you’ll need to provide an inventory of lost or damaged items.
