How do you chat on OpenTable?

Log in to the Opentable for Restaurants website. Select the recipient for your message. New conversation: Navigate to the reservation listing in Front of House and select Message. Existing conversation: Select the messages icon in top right and select the existing conversation.

How do I get suspended from OpenTable?

Your Account will be suspended if you are a no-show for four reservations within a 12-month period. If you receive a no-show notification email in error, please click here for information on how to dispute it.

What happens if you don’t go to an OpenTable reservation?

Restaurants have limited tools available to combat the problem of no shows. OpenTable helps by deactivating user accounts when a diner has no-showed four times. Many restaurants send a confirmation text message or have a reservationist call to confirm. Others offer prepaid experiences to highlight special menus.

How do I change my OpenTable reservation?

Click the upcoming reservation and then Edit Reservation. The reservation will open in another tab allowing you to make changes.
