How do I contact Nebraska Furniture Mart billing?

I need to change my NFM Revolving Credit Card account information, mailing address or billing address. Can I do this online? Not at this time. Please call our Customer Service department at 1‑800‑359‑1200 or visit the store.

Does NFM have a return policy?

All returns must be complete and in the same condition as originally purchased. Receipt and original packaging is required. Labor, Delivery and Installation charges are non-refundable. Returns and Exchanges are at Nebraska Furniture Mart’s discretion.
