How do I get my package from Luxer One?

Click the ‘Begin Pickup’ button on the welcome screen, then click the ‘Room Access’button. Enter your email address or phone number, which Luxer One will verify, and if we confirm you are a current resident of the property, we will send you a temporary access code to enter the package room.

How do I get a luxer code?

For instance, after a carrier makes the delivery, the Luxer system will send you a unique access code through email or SMS. It is important to know that you can use this code only one time. You can pick up the package any time you want by entering the access code.

How many days is Luxer One available for?

Once an item is placed in a locker, it is available for pickup for 7 days. You will receive three (3) notices to pick up your items, either via email or via the Luxer One app. Please note that items are checked out to you before they are placed in the locker.

How do you reset the Luxer One?

Remove the iPad and hold down both the power button and the home button on the iPad until the Apple logo appears. Wait 1-2 minutes for the iPad to reboot. Log into the manager interface using the 8 digit manager code and click on “Resync”. Test the package room for functionality.
