Can I order Lifetouch pictures years later?
For up to 9 months after your Picture Day you can use your Portrait ID and Access Code for a first-time order or to reorder additional portraits and portrait gifts.
How do I find my Lifetouch picture?
When signed in to the Shutterfly app, tap on Photos, tap on Albums, tap and expand the Lifetouch folder. If your accounts are linked, you will see Lifetouch images here.

What is the Lifetouch satisfaction guarantee?
The Lifetouch Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll retake your portrait or give you a full refund. For fall pictures, many schools offer a retake day about 6-8 weeks after the original Picture Day. The school will send out a new flyer for the retake pictures. You will need to return your original package to the photographer on the retake day.
