How do I cancel my membership with Home Chef?

Send an email to customer service at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Account.” In the body of the email, include your name, email address, and the reason for canceling your account. Wait for a response from a customer service representative, who will confirm that your account has been canceled.

Can I get a refund from Home Chef?

If you pause, skip, or cancel after the Deadline, you will receive the next Delivery and will not be refunded any portion of the amount paid for such Delivery.

What if I got the wrong meal on Home Chef?

If something in your order is missing, incorrect, or just does not seem right, you can contact our support team here. If you’re able to include pictures, please do! They can be helpful in identifying the source of errors and making improvements.

How long can Home Chef stay in box?

Our packaging works with our delivery system to keep products at their proper temperatures and maintain the quality of your meals up to 48 hours after leaving our facility. Please note, this may vary based on where the box is kept and the environment in which it is held, once you receive your meals.
