How do I request a refund from Copart?

To request a refund, inquire about your eligibility, or to check on the status of a pending refund, contact Member Services at [email protected] or by phone at 972-391-5400.

What happens if I don’t buy the car I won in Copart?

If you win a lot and don’t finalize the purchase (meaning, the lot is not paid in full within 8 calendar days including the day of sale) the Lot will Relist. The Relist fee will be 10% of the final sale price OR $600 – whichever is higher. If you have paid Copart already, contact the Yard directly.

How do I cancel a purchase on Copart?
