How long is Chanel warranty?

The first one, entitled CHANEL Warranty, pledges an exclusive 5-year guarantee for all CHANEL handbags and CHANEL wallets on chain, deepening the relationship between client and House.

Is Chanel repair free?

Regarding the Chanel repair service – if you purchased your bag after April 2021, you are eligible for the Chanel & Moi program, which gives you free bag repairs for 5 years. If your bag is not eligible for Chanel & Moi, you can still send it to be repaired by Chanel – but you do need to pay for the service.

How to get Chanel samples?

You can get free samples of fragrances/ perfumes and cosmetics at Chanel and LV when you purchase something from their store or online. You will not get free samples of handbags and accessories.
