Is there a warranty on Brooks?

All products sold are warranted by Brooks only to Purchaser’s for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase from Brooks, unless otherwise stated.

How long are Brooks supposed to last?

When used for the intended purpose, Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles. Sports bras and apparel products have a life expectancy of 12 months and are tested for up to 50 washes and 50 dries. If you are experiencing a reduction in performance during this time frame, please tell us about it!

Can you return worn Brooks shoes?

We offer free returns for refund within 90 days of purchase if you don’t love your new Brooks gear (shoes, apparel, or accessories) – even after you’ve run & sweat in it! Any unworn items can be returned up to one year after purchase.
