What is the return policy for Arhaus?

Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

How long does it take for Arhaus to ship?

In Stock: You will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 14 business days of purchase (15-20 business days for National Delivery). Deferred Delivery: Delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items arrive at our warehouse.
