Does trip com allow refunds?

You can cancel any flight ticket purchased from Trip.com. Cancelled flight tickets may be eligible to receive a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on airline policies and rules.

Is it safe to buy tickets from trip com?

Yes, Trip.com is legitimate and completely safe to use (at least as safe as any other travel website like Expedia or Travelocity). I’ve used Trip.com and CTrip.com (its parent company) for over 10 years. Trip.com is now owned by CTrip, one of the largest travel companies in China (it was acquired by CTrip in 2017).

Can I cancel my trip in trip com?

Customers can book, change, and cancel bookings easily via the Trip.com app or website, or by phone. Once booking is completed, customers can easily check the status of their flight (and for some flights, access a seat selection service) through the Trip.com website or customer service hotline.

Does trip com charge a cancellation fee?

Please note that if you request to cancel your booking less than 7 days before departure, you’ll be charged a handling fee. (See below for how handling fees are calculated). If the price of the new ticket is lower than that of the original ticket, you’ll be refunded the difference.
