How do I track my knot order?
- Log into your account on The Knot.
- From the left navigation, click on Registry > Track Gifts.
- Scroll down to the item that was purchased and click on Tracking information.
How long does it take to get invites from The Knot?
Our design team will email you within the first two days of placing your order. You’ll finalize and approve your order and share any missing information. All items in your order will be shipped within 4 business days of finalizing and approving your order.

Who does the knot registry work with?
The Knot Registry is directly partnered with a selection of retailers who also offer wedding registry services. So, what exactly does that mean for your registry on The Knot? If you’ve created a separate wish list with any of our retail partners, it’ll automatically sync to your profile on The Knot Registry.
How do I remove a store from the knot registry?
To hide (but not delete) a store registry from The Knot, click on the toggle under “Store Visibility” to switch off visibility of that particular retailer on your registry. If you want to remove it from your wedding wish list altogether, select “Remove This Store From Your Registry.” Can I mark gifts as purchased on The Knot Registry?
Why am I unable to log in to the knot?
If you have trouble logging in, try clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Most of the time we can send your password to the email address that we have on file. If you used the same email address to create accounts on both Wedding Channel and The Knot, try using your password from The Knot.
