How do I get a refund from Zola?

Orders You’ve Placed can be returned by clicking the Return button next to the product. We’ll process your request within 1-2 business days, and send a prepaid return shipping label to get the item off your hands.

How long does Zola keep a gift on hold?

Not worry though, if you don’t confirm whether or not you purchased the gift, we’ll automatically release the hold after 48 hours. Purchase the item, but didn’t see a confirmation email or pop-up on the couple’s registry? Contact us and we’ll take care of you or call (408) 657-ZOLA (9652).

Do Zola websites expire?

Not at Zola. Your account, website, and registry will never expire. You and your guests will be able to shop your registry and visit your wedding website even after your wedding date, as long as you keep those pages Visible from within your Account Settings.

What fee does Zola charge?

We are proud to offer a low fee of 2.5%. We also let you choose who covers the credit card processing fee in your account settings! The default option is for guests to cover the fee—we’ve found that it’s the most popular selection by couples.

How do I buy a gift from Zola?

Visit the couple’s wedding website and click on “Registry” on their website’s navigation menu. If the couple registered with Zola, you can select a gift to buy directly on that page. Once you’ve made your selection, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right and continue through the checkout process.

Is Zola a hold registry?

By default, Zola is a hold registry and we encourage couples to hold the shipment of their gifts until such a time they are able to receive them. Should a package go missing in transit, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 21 days of delivery. After 21 days, we may not be able to replace your order.

What is a Zola stored value?

If you are the wedding couple and a guest chooses to purchase a gift for you, Zola will hold a Zola Stored Value for you in the amount of the purchase of that item. When you request shipment, the Zola Stored Value will be applied to pay for your gift in full no matter the cost of the item at the time of shipping.
