Are TickPick tickets legit?

Overall, TickPick is a real and legit ticket marketplace that started in 2011 with no service fees and has an A+ BBB rating. We noticed a few complaints from customers who stated that delivery was longer or delayed when buying tickets outside the United States.

Why have I not received my tickets from TickPick?

First, check to make sure the email address on your TickPick account is spelled correctly and is not an outdated account where you no longer receive emails. In your delivery confirmation email, it will note the email your tickets were transferred to as well.

How do I contact a TickPick seller?

In order to help protect the privacy of the seller, TickPick cannot release a seller’s contact information to buyers, but our support team will act as the intermediary and assist you with any questions or issues that you may have.

How do I cancel an order on TickPick?

Per TickPick’s user agreement, all sales are final. We need to be fair to both buyers and sellers; and we are unable to cancel or exchange tickets on any order.

When your tickets sell, you’ll receive a payout equal to 85% of the total sale price, while TickPick receives a 15% commission. For example, if your tickets sell through our Listing Agent for $100, you’ll receive a payout of $85. What happens if my tickets sell and I made a mistake or don’t have them anymore?
