How do I call Lulus customer service?

Can I get my money back from Lulus?

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and cannot be issued to alternate cards or via any other payment type. The original shipping fee is nonrefundable. Returns must be sent back in their original condition – unworn & unwashed and if this is not the case your return may be subject to refusal.

Where is my Lulus order number?

Registered users can check the status of any order by signing into their Lulu.com account, clicking My Account, and viewing their Order History. From there you can view order numbers, the date an order was placed, order status, and the total amount of each purchase.

How long does it take for Lulus to return money?
