FAQ

How do I look up my I-PASS account?

Your account number is on the receipt provided with your I-PASS purchase. Or, if you purchased your I-PASS at Jewel or Road Ranger, it will be found on the transponder activation label. The transponder number is located on your transponder above the barcode. The number begins with 015 and is eleven digits long.

Does the I-PASS transponder expire?

According to a spokesperson for the Tollway, expiration dates that occur between 2020 and 2026 will be extended by two years, with those individuals receiving detailed instructions via mail on the procedure for replacing their devices.

How much does an I-PASS transponder cost at Jewel?

The I-PASS transponders are sold for $50, which includes the $10 transponder deposit and $40 in pre-paid tolls; no additional mark-up by Jewel-Osco will be added. New I-PASS customers are required to call 1-800-926-6500 to register their personal vehicle information and to activate the new account.
