How do I speak to someone on ClassPass?
Is it easy to cancel ClassPass?
Click on your initial on the right hand side of the page and select Account from the drop-down. Click the blue Manage plan button. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel my membership link. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
Does ClassPass not have live chat anymore?
The ClassPass customer service department does not offer a Live Chat option. Your best bet for a speedy response is contacting customer care through one of their social media platforms, where you may get a speedy response to a direct message or tweet.
