Does The North Face have a lifetime warranty on their items?

In addition to this lifetime warranty, The North Face offers several other guarantees: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused and unwashed TNF products within 60 days, using online or in-store return.

What is North Face guarantee?

THE NORTH FACE® WARRANTY POLICY

The North Face® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will either repair the product without charge, replace the product or credit the product at our discretion.

Can you get a refund from North Face?

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Is north face liable if a product is lost?

All shipping to the Warranty Repair Department must be pre-paid and insured. The North Face will not be liable for in-bound packages that are lost. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
