How do I talk to a human at HughesNet?

Yes, you can cancel your HughesNet satellite service but you may need to pay an early termination fee (ETF) of up to $400 if you haven’t fulfilled your two-year contract. If you cancel your HughesNet internet within 90 days of activation, your ETF (which HughesNet calls an installation and equipment fee) will be $400.

Can you cancel HughesNet anytime?

If you cancel after activation but before the end of your 24-month term commitment, you will be charged a Service Termination Fee of up to $400. The exact amount of the Service Termination Fee will be $400 for the first ninety (90) days after activation of the HughesNet Service.

Does HughesNet charge to cancel?
