David heads Consumer Edge Insight, the custom research and consulting affiliate of Consumer Edge Research. Prior to joining Consumer Edge, he spent eight years at Morgan Stanley where he led the development of a global team that conducts market research on behalf of sell-side investment analysts to help them better predict future company performance. David has designed and overseen over 400 market research projects from an investor’s perspective across most consumer product and service categories, as well as a wide range of non-consumer-driven businesses. He has also performed due diligence on behalf of buy-side investors and private equity firms. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant for over ten years, developing growth strategies for large multi-national corporations at The Cambridge Group and Mars & Co.
